FAQS
- Can I use my DSL service? No. DSL is not fast enough. The new phone system is 100% digital and requires internet bandwidth
- I don’t know which service providers are best? We can provide you to cost to your quotes. Once you are ready, we would handle the contracts and get the service scheduled. We receive a commission from the internet service provider so there is no charge to you.
- Does this service require phones? No. Phones are optional since you can use your mobile device or computer.
- I need a contract for 15 months? You would first purchase a 12-month contract and then go month-to-month.
- Can I continue using my traditional, physical fax machine? Yes, you can. You would continue to pay for that line to your current ISP. This one line may cost about $40/month with your ISP.
- I have a basic firewall, how much would a business-grade firewall cost? Firewalls begin at $35/month
- I would also need wireless (Wi-Fi) in my office, how much would this cost? We have plans beginning at $15/month.
- Can I keep my older phones? No. If you have an older analog phone system or older VoIP phones, you will need to upgrade that equipment to take advanced of the newer technologies.
- Can I keep my business number? Yes, you can. We can transfer (port) the numbers to the new service. Every plan includes one number.
- Does the service include an app for my smart phone? Yes, it does. You can make and receive your business calls from the app.
- Does the service work on a computer? Yes, it does. We provide you the app, and your users can begin using the service. We recommend computer headsets to enhance the experience.
- We do not have professional I.T. How can we work together? We work with US Service Center, a national I.T. company, who can assist with bringing your organization to a professional level. Having professional I.T. will not only protect your organization from cyber-threats, it will help prevent I.T. downtime.
